With decades of experience in the addiction and behavioral health field, Jo has served as a clinician, administrator, trainer, and leader. She has directed opioid treatment programs, hospital detox units, and outpatient services across New York City, and her work has been recognized with awards for leadership and community impact. She is a Credentialed Addiction Counselor, ARISE Certified Interventionist, Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Jo delivers talks and workshops that go beyond awareness, equipping audiences with practical, real world strategies they can apply immediately. From intimate trainings to large scale conferences, she designs learning experiences that are engaging, relevant, and impactful.
